We started from a simple frustration: risk is usually scored by zip code, while fire behaves parcel by parcel. The gap between the two is where homeowners get surprised and insurers get exposed.\n\nSo we built a system that reads the land the way fire does — combining hazard-zone maps, terrain, vegetation, fire-weather, and AI imagery analysis into one number you can trace back to its sources.
